Landlord Fees

Tenant Find Only – £490.00 inc Vat (£408.33)

payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by The Agent. Payable on commencement of a tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of a tenancy. Includes;

1. Advertising of property on Rightmove, Zoopla and Lovelle websites

2. Virtual tour and professional photos

3. ‘To Let’ board

4. Accompanied viewings

5. Tenant referencing

6. Ensuring all required legal certificates are in place (costs if required below).

7. Arranging the inventory (costs below).

8. Collection of tenant deposit and registering with the Deposit Protection Scheme

9. Prepare the tenancy agreement and issue the correct regulatory documentation to tenants prior to move in

10. Conduct handover on move in day and ensure regulatory checks have been undertaken. e.g, smoke alarm checks etc.

Letting and Rent Collection – Start-up fee of £300.00 inc Vat (£250.00) plus 6% + Vat (7.2%) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received.

(Includes the same start up service as tenant find only and we continue to collect and chase the rent on a monthly basis throughout the tenancy term)

Full Management – Start-up fee of £300.00 inc Vat (£250.00) plus 10% + Vat (12%) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received.

(Includes the same start up service as tenant find only and we continue to collect and chase the rent on a monthly basis and handle all maintenance issues, throughout the tenancy term)
