We will next start preparing all of our marketing materials, which will include you at every stage of the process. In order to create anticipation for your market debut, we will also be discussing your home with our current and prospective buyers at this point in time.

After your home is on the open market, we will continue promoting it and having conversations with both current and prospective purchasers. We will schedule staff-accompanied viewings, speak with viewers afterwards to hear their thoughts, and then share this feedback with you. Should any alterations be required, our staff will have a conversation with you about them. Our team will work to reach a mutually agreeable sale price with any interested parties when they make an offer.

We continue to be involved even during the conveyancing stage, which is the last phase of the process and is managed by solicitors. Our sales progressor will communicate with each link in the chain at this point to make sure everything moves along as fast as possible and at a time that works for everyone. Then, with all of the delighted buyers and sellers, we will celebrate moving day.
